The XTREME GRAVEL GEAR website offers a Limited 3 Year Factory Warranty on all suspension products. The warranty is subject to specific limitations, terms, and conditions. It comes into effect from the date of purchase and is only valid if the product was purchased from an authorized XTREME GRAVEL GEAR reseller or distributor. The warranty excludes purchases made from non-recognized XTREME GRAVEL GEAR dealers or distributors.

Under the warranty, XTREME GRAVEL GEAR commits to replacing any faulty shocks within the first 18 months/30 000km from the date of purchase. For the remaining 18 months, the company will replace any faulty parts at cost, which will only cover the actual parts used and excludes labor and postage.

The warranty also covers full replacement of XTREME GRAVEL GEAR coil springs if they sag, break, or fail. However, it will not cover damage due to excessive overloading, abuse, incorrect fitment, jumping, or general wear and tear.
