2. Made-to-Order Products & Lead Times
In some cases where Xtreme Gravel Gear™ shocks are built to order. Please allow an estimated lead time of 3 to 4 weeks for manufacturing and dispatch. Lead times may vary depending on demand and component availability.

All prices listed on this website are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to addresses within the United States only.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location and order size.

• Prices include shipping to non-outbound/rural addresses. If an address is determined to be outbound or rural, additional shipping fees may apply and may not be calculated on checkout, we will get in touch with you directly before the order is processed to inform any additional costs if any apply.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Xtreme Gravel Gear™ is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.​

• We are currently in the process of establishing a warehouse in the USA. Until this is complete, all stock is shipped directly from our multiple offshore warehouse locations.
